Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made through fruvement.dev7.prodevr.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable product taxes unless stated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Vouchers

Voucher codes are subject to the conditions shown when they are issued (minimum spend, first-order only, expiry date, usage limits). One voucher per order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is described on the Shipping & Returns page. Where a refund is issued it will be made to the original payment method.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Health information

Nutritional information is provided for general guidance. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional about any dietary concerns.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
